Perform a variety of accounting tasks with the primary focus on assisting with billing and receivables; create invoices, entering payments and corresponding with clients on billing related issues. Assist Accounting Manager with additional accounting duties, as needed.
- A minimum 2 years of general accounting experience.
- Must have a working knowledge of Quickbooks.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Clients, Management & Staff; both verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge of a variety of office practices and procedures.
- Accomplished computer skills; proficient in Excel and Word.
- Must be detailed oriented and have strong analytical skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality of employee and client information.
