Company history

eFulfillment Service, Inc. was launched in January 2001 to provide fulfillment services to a then-emerging small to medium ecommerce market. We were among the first to offer a fulfillment solution that was web-based and would integrate with multiple shopping carts. Our leadership continues, thanks to an experienced operations team, an in-house I.T. group, and forward-thinking management who put the needs of the clients first.

What to expect next from EFS

Our company is a member of the Better Business Bureau, the Ecommerce Merchants Association, and the Mailing & Fulfillment Service Association. We’re active in our local business community and Chamber of Commerce, and we support charities in Traverse City, Michigan USA and around the world.
