1. How do I submit orders to you?
Using our simple Fulfillment Control Panel, you may choose to submit your orders to us in any of three easy ways:
(1) Keyboard Entry: Manually enter single orders using the order entry screen of our web-based fulfillment system or easily copy and paste your order data from your webstore’s notification e-mails.
(2) CSV:
Upload your orders as CSV files using our spreadsheet-based file conversion template. Or, format your order information to match one of our existing CSV layouts. We can also create a custom import format to match the specifications you provide. With this format, you can import hundreds of orders from a single file.
(3) XML: Upload XML files containing multiple orders, customize your shopping cart to submit XML Order Data to EFS in real-time, or choose a merchant service provider that offers direct integration with EFS.
We can also work directly with you, your shopping cart provider, or your web developer to integrate an efulfillment solution that works best for you.
2. Do you have a Satisfaction Guarantee?
Yes, we do. Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee expresses our commitment to outstanding service to your business. It is hands-down the best guarantee in the business. We keep it pretty simple:
• We’ll get your orders right. If your order isn’t 100% accurate, then we’ll refund the fulfillment fee, issue a call tag for the incorrect merchandise, and cover the costs in shipping and fulfillment fees to re-send the correct product to your customer.

3. Do you have restrictions on the types of products you’ll do fulfillment for?
Food Items: We handle packaged foods, however, our order fulfillment centers do not have the sanitary conditions required to package food products, nor do we have the ability to store frozen foods. As our warehouses are not climate controlled to precise temperature and humidity specifications, we cannot protect highly-sensitive foods, such as chocolate.
Fragile items: Some fragile items—such as fine art, posters, glass bottles or sensitive electronics—may have special packaging requirements that our sales team would be happy to discuss with you.
Restricted Merchandise: We do not provide product fulfillment service on “haz-mat” materials, illegal or pornographic merchandise.

4. What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay your account balances using PayPal, Visa or MasterCard, a debit from your bank account, or a debit from a pre-paid escrow account (for clients not based in the U.S.).
5. Where is your warehouse located?
Our corporate headquarters and operations facilities are located in Traverse City, Michigan, USA with future plans to expand to Florida and the West. We are centrally located in the United States–and conveniently close to the Canadian border–for easy shipping to both coasts. Our consolidated shipping arrangements make it easy, fast, and cost-effective to ship to Canada, Europe, Australia and the Far East—virtually anywhere you want your orders to go.
