“eFulfillment Service has been an integral part of our business from day one. Their web-based real-time inventory system is second to none. It provides fast, accurate information on all our orders and it helps us to better manage our inventory levels. Their outstanding customer service has found many ways to help cut costs like discounted shipping programs and cheaper boxes for our tapestries. eFulfillment Service is a trusted partner I would recommend to anyone needing a true fulfillment juggernaut. They just don't do fulfillment, they do fulfillment RIGHT!”

Over the years, we’ve helped many online stores fulfill their customers’ expectations. Included here are a few of our favorite client stories. Our Sales Department is ready to help you add your story to theirs. Use the contact information at the end of the page to start a new chapter in your company’s fulfillment outsourcing success.
The Giving Gallery
Greg Schmidt, owner of the Canadian online store The Giving Gallery, is a hands-on kind of guy. After deciding to partner with eFulfillment Service in September, 2005, Greg loaded his merchandise into a rented truck and hauled thousands of items across the U.S.-Canada border to our fulfillment center in Grawn, Michigan. He became an honorary member of our receiving department when he went to work helping us count his inventory of earrings, lotion and candles, and kitchenware sold by famous TV chefs Nigilla Lawson, Emeril Lagasse, and Rachel Ray. Our warehouse team sorted numerous other gift items and stocked bins on Saturday and Sunday, in addition to our usual workday on Monday, to help Greg achieve a Tuesday ready-to-ship date. We continue to ship anywhere from 100 to 200 orders per week for The Giving Gallery.Innate Choice
Numerous online stores were left in the lurch recently when a Midwest fulfillment outsourcing company suddenly declared bankruptcy. Unfilled orders piled up, while merchandise sat untouched in a silent warehouse. Innate Choice’s Shawn Ledinski is one of many online proprietors who quickly searched for a new pick, pack and ship partner. His fish oil products must regularly reach chiropractors’ offices, as well as the homes of online consumers. He needed to choose a product fulfillment service partner he could trust, one that would be here for the long haul. Like many online retailers in his predicament, Shawn chose eFulfillment Service. Our experience in the order fulfillment business and pride in our commitment to offer transparent service and pricing captured his attention. Since Shawn also chose to use Yellow Freight to retrieve his merchandise and deliver it to our center, he saved significantly on his shipping costs. We didn’t have packing lists for boxes we received from the former warehouse, but Shawn kept good track of his inventory and provided our receiving team with “should have” numbers. We’re pleased to be doing business with Shawn and with others who found themselves stranded in similar circumstances.deBora Rachelle
When the owner of deBora Rachelle approached us about storing and shipping her line of prom dresses and fancy footwear, we enthusiastically agreed. Who among us doesn’t remember fretting over what to wear to the big high school dance? We’re happy to do our part by making these attractive and colorful gowns ready to ship on a moment’s notice. The dresses arrive in our warehouse in individual bags labeled with SKU numbers and sizes, and the shoes are already tucked into shoeboxes. We carefully store both in “ship-shape” until orders arrive. Once an order for a prom dress or pair of shoes is received, we gently pack the items in appropriately-sized boxes and send them on their way – doing our part to fulfill expectations of a lavish and unforgettable evening.Koyono
This outerwear company specializing in stylish and functional attire is defining a new genre and finding a niche among “mobile professionals” and the “G.A.I.” set, (those who like to push limits and try the unconventional). Koyono garments offer multiple pockets and compartments for PDAs, iPODs, cell phones and other portable electronic devices. Jay Yoo Jeasung and his partner were typical clients in need of advanced fulfillment when they contacted us in 2004 – a small operation needing a little extra production help beyond the standard pick, pack, and ship. At first, we folded and placed their outerwear in anti-static bags they provided, labeled the bags, and completed the packing and shipping. Today, Jay’s father bags and labels the items from his home, and we continue to ship a growing number of Koyono’s products each week to hip, urban and opportunity-seeking customers internationally.Consumers Travel
Chris Robinson crisscrosses the globe and offers both travel knowledge and vacation bargains to his customers. Discounted airfare, lodging, recreation and more can be obtained by joining his online travel group. For Chris, we assemble several different mailing kits that contain his company’s welcome flyer and may, in some instances, include round-trip airline tickets for two, hotel coupons, golf discounts, grocery coupons, and any number of other travel bargains. eFulfillment Service's production team assembles 100 to 200 kits per hour for Chris, (depending on the number of items per kit), at our $35 per hour production rate before we pop them in Jiffy mailers, label them, and assign them to warehouse bins to await shipment. Pre-assembled kits save Chris’s company the $0.30 per piece picking fee we charge when items are collated as they’re ordered. Approximately 12% of our clients take advantage of our assembly services and savings, and we know that number will increase as the variety of our production services continues to expand.Get Smart Products
Begun in a garage in New York many years ago by the owner’s father, Get Smart Products is the story of a mom-and-pop business whose archival photo storage products resonated with consumers. The popularity of its products allowed the father to hire the son and move inventory from the garage to a rented facility. When Get Smart outgrew its rental location, the new owner (now the son) flew to Michigan to meet with John, eFulfillment Service’s president. Get Smart has approximately 2,400 inventory items, including photo albums, glassines, acid-free storage boxes and picture frames with glass. For the first time, our warehouse would need to ship items that are fragile. Bob, our vice president of operations, researched various options and decided to invest in new technology that would enable EFS to ship breakables with confidence. We purchased “foam in bag” equipment which molds secure packing material around glass and other breakable objects. The new packing method required additional employee training, and we embraced that idea, knowing that the investment in technology and training would offer a valuable service to Get Smart Products and open doors for new fulfillment business in the future.Email our Sales Department or call us bettwen 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., E.S.T., at 1-866-922-6783 to find out how we can be the silent partner in your success story.
