“We love eFulfillment Service. They make it so much easier to do business with our customers. The website is set up so you can maneuver through it easily, and it's fast. The staff is usually very accessible and makes every attempt to return communications quickly. The managers and staff even catch little problems before they get to be big problems. We can keep track of our shipping records reliably and easily. There are many ways to sort information and have reports and spreadsheets available to us; there's even a function to forecast stock projections. I would recommend eFulfillment Service 100%!”

We’re pleased to introduce you to key members of our support, sales, production and technology teams. Several are family members working synergistically in a supportive environment. By acknowledging the leadership ability and knowledge of every EFS employee, and encouraging managers to build highly-accountable relationships with our clients, we’ve created a team that cares about the long-term success of your business and the complete satisfaction of your customers.
John Lindberg
Founder and President
Founder and President

John has created three successful companies during his 37-year career as an entrepreneur and business owner, including a powder-coating business specializing in just-in-time delivery of automotive and office equipment parts and a book wholesaling company that won several marketing awards and became the nation’s fastest-growing small press master distributor. John founded eFulfillment Service in January, 2001. Under his leadership, the company has grown to its current size of 85,000 square feet and more than 18,000 SKUs. John currently oversees the company’s strategic development. Throughout his working life, he has maintained an unswerving commitment to both engineering excellence and top customer service.

Jordan Lindberg, Ph.D.
Executive Vice President
Executive Vice President
Jordan joined our team in Spring, 2006, when rapid growth and plant expansion created a need for a full-time sales and marketing position. He received his Ph.D. in Philosophy in 1997 and taught logic, ethics, and the history of philosophy at the university level until 2006. He has written and published in both academic and nonacademic venues for many years. Jordan’s career as an educator continues in his current position. He is a knowledgeable resource for clients with general questions about fulfillment, as well as for those seeking specific efulfillment solutions. Jordan’s friendliness and determination to find answers make him a popular “point person” with our team, and most certainly will with yours, too.
Jennifer Robinson
Plant Manager, Grawn
Plant Manager, Grawn

When EFS expanded production capacity to two facilities, Jennifer’s experience at our Grawn warehouse made her the logical choice for the position of plant manager. She joined us in 2000 as a bookkeeper and was promoted to lead supervisor in our pick-pack department before overseeing operations and 22 year-round employees at our Grawn location. She manages four departments: customer service/order entry; pick, pack and ship; assembly; and receiving. Knowing what clients want and being able to give it to them is her greatest reward. Her most frequently asked question? She doesn’t skip a beat when she answers, “How much does something cost to ship?”

Paula Batzer
Accountant
Accountant
Prior to joining EFS, Paula worked for attorneys handling probate estates,
trust distributions, annual accountings, as well as handling accounting
functions before moving to work in civil litigation and family law. She
has a B.S. in paralegal studies but has always been drawn to numbers and has
worked with them her entire life. She was originally hired part-time for EFS
as a bookkeeper and part-time as a sales assistant, but her expertise in
accounting led her to develop a fully functioning accounting department, including audit procedures. When she is not spending time with her family,
Paula enjoys keeping the accounting department running smoothly and making
sure everything is accounted for. She especially likes auditing and
implementing new audit procedures. She values her employees who "pick things
up very quickly, always stay on task and are always ready to assist when
clients need answers to billing questions." Her department handles all areas
of accounting, including preparing and sending client invoices, answering billing questions and processing payments.
Matt Burden
Director of Web Development
Director of Web Development

Matt came aboard in 2001 and spent the better part of a year developing a web presence and online ordering system that would most efficiently meet the needs of our clients. His education and work experience in computer information systems and visual communications led to the development of our sophisticated but easy-to-use Fulfillment Control Panel, and our user-friendly web site. Matt enjoys challenging his creative and troubleshooting abilities by custom-designing eFulfillment Service software systems that make it simpler for clients to view their reports and upload their orders.

Jeff Dorsch
Director of Systems Development
Director of Systems Development
Jeff, a self-proclaimed computer nerd, is a married father of one. When not working with computers, Jeff spends his time hiking, camping, cycling, mountain biking, and building scale models. Jeff explained that his desire to work for eFulfillment Service came both from the obvious challenges associated with working for a booming company, along with being part of “an environment where I can have the freedom to accomplish goals using my own approach and creativity.” Jeff explained, “If someone tells you to build a robot with specific functionality, it really doesn’t matter if you use Legos or Tinker Toys, as long as it does what it is supposed to do, and does it well. You can choose whatever you think are the best building blocks for the job, and put them together however you want. eFulfillment provides this kind of work environment for me.”
Mike Probert
IT Solutions Analyst
IT Solutions Analyst

Mike started with the company in early 2007. His background in computer science and troubleshooting earned him a spot in the IT Department as IT Solutions Analyst and IT Relations Manager. Mike handles the purchasing and installation of the company’s computing assets, as well as supporting the systems once they are in place. When he is in the office, Mike interacts with our various clients to ensure proper integration and continued functionality of the Fulfillment Control Panel, along with other aspects of the import/export order process.

Linda Sorna
Sales Associate
Sales Associate
Linda is the newest member of our sales team, coming aboard in 2007. Her background includes positions in human resources and customer service. She is a self-proclaimed “people” person, so enjoys interacting with prospective and existing clients inquiring about our fulfillment services. Her job includes fielding internet and telephone inquiries, providing pricing, and answering questions about EFS and the fulfillment process in general. She enjoys her sales position because, as she puts it, “the company and services are an easy sell.” Linda is the mother of 2 teenage sons, who keep her on her toes and “ready for anything”. Originally from the Detroit area, she moved to northern Michigan in 1988.
Steven Sleder

Client Relations Specialist

Like Jordan, Steve came out of an academic background, doing undergraduate work in philosophy at the University of Michigan, followed by an MA at Central Michigan University. He taught college English and English as a Second Language for several years before returning to Traverse City, his home town. He worked for many years for a local manufacturer, in an assortment of engineering, quality assurance, and sales roles. Steve’s chief responsibilities at EFS include shepherding new clients through the service start-up process, providing specialized client services, and managing client outreach. He finds his work at EFS very rewarding, because it gives him the opportunity to “wear many hats,” interacting with a wide variety of clients and colleagues, while satisfying his temperamental thirst for life-long learning.
