Product Storage
Storage is computed based on $0.25 per cubic foot. We measure each SKU when it arrives at our facility. When you receive your storage bill, you are billed only for what is left in stock at the time storage is calculated (at the end of the month). We do have a bin "minimum": if you have a bin allocated for a particular SKU but have no inventory in it at the time storage is billed, you will receive a $0.25 charge for that SKU in order for us to keep that bin location reserved.We store and fill orders from 50 active SKUs at no charge to you. If you exceed 50 SKUs, you are charged $0.15 for each additional SKU on a monthly basis.
Order Fulfillment
Our typical fulfillment service fees:- Under 1,000 orders per month. $1.85 per order, plus $.40 per item, plus UPS or USPS charges.
EXAMPLE: If you average two items per order, your fulfillment cost would be $1.85, plus 2 x $.40 = $.80 for a total of $2.65. Let’s say you normally ship at the 1-lb. USPS Priority Rate of $4.95 with delivery confirmation (required) for $0.80. You would then add $5.75 in shipping costs to your $2.65 fulfillment fee, for a total cost of $8.40. If you prefer to ship via UPS ground or express, your shipping cost would be automatically discounted by 4% - 14%. Click on Shipping Information for details.

Standard Fees
We charge a base fee of $69.95 per month which covers the management of your individual account by our experienced sales, information technology, and customer service staff.Optional Services
We welcome your special advanced fulfillment projects. Kitting and assembly labor is available at $35 per hour, and we will provide a quotation prior to work on your specific project.- Sorting

TIP: Pre-packaging multiple “child” items to a “parent” SKU prior to shipment, instead paying a per-item pick & pack fee, could save you considerable expense over time.
Packaging Sizes
Our free standard packaging includes JiffyLite mailers or 200# test cartons filled with bubble wrap, peanuts or Kraft paper, as needed.Have special packaging needs? Ship your special packaging to us with your merchandise, or order reasonably-priced special packaging materials online from www.uline.com, which offers next day delivery. We’re happy to purchase special packaging materials for you at cost plus 10%. We can store your special packaging at no additional cost.
