We make it easy to forecast your cost of fulfillment outsourcing with us. There are no setup fees, no mark-ups on outbound shipping fees, no minimum shipping requirements, and no extra charge when we use our onsite packaging materials to ship your merchandise.

Order Fulfillment

Our typical fulfillment service fees are shown here. Please email our Sales Department for a quotation customized to the specifics of your project, or call us between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., E.S.T., at 1-866-922-6783.

• Under 1,000 orders per month. $1.50 per order, plus $.40 per item, plus UPS, DHL or USPS charges.

  EXAMPLE: If you average two items per order, your fulfillment cost would be $1.50, plus 2 x $.40 = $.80 for a total of $2.30. Let’s say you normally ship at the 1-lb. USPS Priority Rate of $4.60. You would then add $4.60 to your $2.30 fulfillment fee, for a total cost of $6.90. If you prefer to ship via DHL ground or express delivery, your shipping cost would be automatically discounted by 10%. Click on Shipping Information for details.

• Over 1,000 orders per month. As low as $1.00 per order, plus $.40 per item, plus UPS, DHL or USPS charges.

  EXAMPLE: For a project that averages 4 items per order, your fulfillment cost could be as low as $1.00, plus 4 x $.40 = $1.60 for a total of $2.60. Substantial UPS, DHL and USPS delivery discounts are available.

Account Maintenance Fee

We charge a standard fee of $63.50 per month which covers the management of your individual account by our experienced sales, information technology, and customer service staff.

Inventory Storage

Your storage cost will be a per item storage fee based on $15.00 per 4’x4’x4’ pallet. We take that $15.00 per pallet fee and divide it by the number of your items that fit on our pallet to arrive at your monthly per item storage fee ($0.23 per SKU minimum). The pallet is our measuring tool, not a storage device. Your merchandise will be placed in our rack-and-bin system.

• EXAMPLE: For books that average 1,500 books per pallet, your per item storage fee would be $15.00 per pallet divided by 1,500 items per pallet = $.01 per item. If, in this example, you had 3,000 books on hand as of the last day of the month, your storage cost would be 3,000 items x $.01 each = $30.00 plus $63.50 account maintenance fee for a total of $93.50 per month.

TIP: Pre-packaging multiple “child” items to a “parent” SKU prior to shipment, instead paying a per-item pick & pack fee, could save you considerable expense over time.

Packaging Sizes

Our free standard packaging includes JiffyLite mailers or 200# test cartons filled with bubble wrap, peanuts or Kraft paper, as needed. For breakable or uniquely-shaped items, we use our state-of-the-art, foam-in-place packaging method.

Have special packaging needs? Ship your special packaging to us with your merchandise, or order reasonably-priced special packaging materials online from www.uline.com, which offers next day delivery. We’re happy to purchase special packaging materials for you at cost plus 10%. We can store your special packaging at no additional cost.
