Order Processing
In a hurry? Express orders received before 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time normally ship the same day. Other orders normally ship within one business day of receipt. Exceptions to this schedule may occur on the day following a three-day weekend and during the weeks of the Christmas season. eFulfillment Service operates Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST. Our Receiving Department will receive your inventory Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. EST. Please remember that orders are not processed or shipped out on the weekends. The only exception to this is during the Christmas season when we often work Saturdays and Sundays to keep up with the extra volume the holiday season brings.Choose the ordering option that’s easiest for you:
Keyboard Entry
Manually enter single orders using our Fulfillment Control Panel order fulfillment software order entry screen or easily copy and paste your order data from your web store’s notification e-mails.CSV
Upload your orders to our order Fulfillment Control Panel as CSV files, using our spreadsheet-based file conversion template. Or, format your order information to match one of our existing CSV layouts. We can also create a custom import format to match the specifications you provide. With this format, you can import hundreds of orders from a single file.XML
Upload XML files containing multiple orders, customize your shopping cart to submit XML Order Data to EFS in real-time, or choose a merchant service provider that offers direct integration with EFS. We can also work directly with you, your shopping cart provider, or your web developer to integrate an e fulfillment solution that will work best for you.

Call Center Orders
