ORDER PROCESSING:

May 5th, 2026 – We are operating under normal order processing time.

• We are currently processing orders from 5/4/26.
• These non-express orders would normally ship by 5/5/26.

RECEIVING/RETURNS DEPARTMENT:

• The Receiving Department is processing shipments from 5/4/26.
• The Returns Department is processing returns from 5/4/26.

PREP DEPARTMENT (LARGE RETAIL AND FBA PREP ORDERS):

The Prep Department is currently operating on a 1-3 business day schedule.

• We are picking FBA Prep and retail orders from 5/4 – 5/5/26.
• We are packing FBA Prep and retail orders from 4/30- 5/4/26.
