As a start up company in an industry that is new to me, my biggest challenge was figuring out how to management storage and fulfillment of my merchandise. I feel very fortunate to have found a partnership in eFulfillment. The biggest perk of working with them has been the dedicated customer service representative assigned to me at the time of sign up. My representative, Angela, has been an absolute gem. There is no way I could have gotten this far without her. While supply chain and labor shortage issues have made some of the waiting times a bit longer than one might like (and be prepared, because this is an issue no matter who you work with), working with Angela has made it all worthwhile!

Using the service for several months now. It offers flawless integration with Amazon. Setting it up is easy and self service for the most part. There are some fees which could have been avoided but if you have enough sales those costs are absorbed without being noticed. You get dedicated account manager but you are being charged for it. Support is responsive. Biggest challenge is the delays with shipping orders but Amazon ones are prioritized so no big impact to us there.Wide variety of shipping options but watch out as if not setup correctly you might get quite expensive shipping where you do not need it.Overall I would recommend the service if you like things automated.

We've used EFS for over 15 years for fulfillment of Christmas holiday products. Christmas is a very busy season for fulfillment and shipping companies, and it's critical for Christmas presents to arrive on time. EFS does a great joy keeping up during this busy season. I also appreciate their kitting and Amazon FBA integration.

We've used eFulfillment Service for many years to ship out books that customers order and have had stellar service, communication, and support.We have shipped all over the world with them and set all of it programmatically where our ecommerce software notified their server of which products to ship where.
