Why is the bin fee more if you have fewer than 100 SKUs?
We're glad you asked! We offer a special discount when you store over 100 SKUs with us. This not only helps streamline our operations but also allows us to offer you better pricing. If you're managing a smaller inventory, this discount doesn't apply, but we're here to help you find the best possible solution tailored to your needs.
I have 90 SKUs, am I close enough to get the bin fee discount?
You're almost there! We try to be flexible and understand every client's unique situation. If you're close to having 100 SKUs, let's talk. We might be able to work something out for you. We aim to build partnerships that benefit both of us, so reach out, and we'll see how we can assist you.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept three forms of payment, including ACH withdrawal from a U.S. bank account, credit card, or a prepaid escrow account.
Do you offer custom packaging?
We offer several packaging options, including a variety of boxe sizes to help minimize dimensional weight, as well as book mailers and free vinyl mailers.

Do you have restrictions on any products?
We work with most types of products, including many products that are considered hazardous for shipping and require ORM-D labels.
There are certain products that we do NOT work with, including…

- Unpackaged food items
- Frozen food items
- Certain hazardous materials
- Guns or ammunition
- Pornography
- Items that are extremely high value
- Oversized items, including those that are larger than 36″ on any one side, or items weighing more than 50 pounds
