Ecommerce
The rates below apply to ecommerce orders that are shipping directly to your end customer. We also replenish inventory to Amazon warehouses; please click "FBA PREP" above for more info.
Account Management and Storage Fees
Account Fee
|
You will have a dedicated Client Care Specialist and access to our client portal, where you can monitor inventory, place and view orders, view your weekly invoice, and run a variety of reports. |
Bin Fee
|
The bin fee is charged weekly and includes the first cubic foot of inventory for each unique product (SKU) you stock in our warehouse. |
Overflow Storage
|
Overflow storage is calculated weekly and includes inventory over and above that first cubic foot covered by the bin fee. |
Service Fees
Pick & Pack
|
Pick and pack refers to the picking of the specific item(s) that make up the order, and the subsequent packing of the order to ready it for shipping. |
Receiving
|
Receiving services include unpacking, verifying counts against your packing lists, inspecting for damages, and scanning your inventory into stock. |

Do you have restrictions on any products?
We work with most types of products, including many products that are considered hazardous for shipping and require ORM-D labels.
There are certain products that we do NOT work with, including…
- Posters
- Unpackaged food items
- Frozen food items
- Certain hazardous materials
- Guns or ammunition
- Pornography
- Items that are extremely high value
- Oversized items, including those that are larger than 36″ on any one side, or items weighing more than 50 pounds
