Storage FAQs

Do You Have Any Maximum Or Minimum Storage Requirements?

Our clients are able to store as little or as much inventory as they prefer in our order fulfillment warehouse. Each SKU is assigned a bin, which is a single cu. ft, and overflow storage is figured beyond that.

Do You Have Long-term Storage Fees?

No, we do not have a surcharge or higher fees associated with long-term storage. No matter how long our clients’ goods remain in our warehouse, they are charged the same rate for inventory storage.

How Do You Charge For Storage?

We charge for storage by the cubic foot. To ensure our clients do not overpay for space they’re not utilizing, each week our software will calculate the precise amount of inventory on hand at that time. This means that if our client only has a half of a pallet of goods in our warehouse, they are only charged for a half of a pallet.

Do You Require A Barcode On Each Unit?

Yes, we do require scannable barcodes on each of your individual units. If your items arrive at our warehouse without scannable barcodes, we can label them for you.

What Type Of Security Do You Provide At Your Warehouse?

Our warehouse is equipped with security cameras, access badge entry, fire suppression, pest control, and 24/7 alarm monitoring.

Do You Insure My Inventory In Your Warehouse?

Because our client’s inventory remains in their possession, we do not insure their inventory while in our warehouse. We can provide an insurance company to speak with if our clients are interested in taking out a policy on their insurance.

Do You Have A Refrigeration Section In Your Warehouse?

No, we do not have a refrigerated section and therefore do not work with refrigerated or frozen products.

Do You Have A More Secure Area For High Value Items?

eFulfillment Service does have a small area that is restricted to most employees. However, we do not typically work with items that are of significant value, such as those that wholesale for more than $250.

Are There Certain Types Of Products You Do Not Store In Your Warehouse?

While we do work with the vast majority of consumer products, there are certain products that we do not work with, including unpackaged food items, frozen food items, certain hazardous materials, guns or ammunition, pornography, as well as items that are extremely high value.
