How often am I invoiced? (click to expand)

eFulfillment Services invoices weekly. Each week our clients are automatically notified that their invoices are ready for viewing in our Fulfillment Control Panel. Each invoice provides a detailed breakdown of each of the services used during the previous week.

Which forms of payment do you accept? (click to expand)

We accept 3 forms of payment, including ACH withdrawal from a U.S. bank account, credit card, or a prepaid escrow account.

Is there a processing fee for using a credit card? (click to expand)

Yes, there is a 3.5% processing fee per invoice if our clients choose to pay for our warehousing and fulfillment services via credit card.

Can I pay via PayPal? (click to expand)

Yes, PayPal can be used to fill a prepaid escrow account. There is a 4.5% processing fee per transaction.

What other payment forms can be used to fill an escrow account? (click to expand)

In addition to PayPal, an escrow account can be filled via check or wire transfer. For wire transfers, there is a $35 fee per transaction.

What if I find an error on an invoice? (click to expand)

EFS clients have 30 days to review invoices and submit claims if any errors are found.
