Which Shipping Carriers Do You Use?

eFulfillment Service utilizes FedEx, DHL and the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). We offer several ship options, including USPS First Class Mail (domestic and international), USPS Priority Mail (domestic and international), FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx Ground, FedEx SmartPost, DHL Parcel Zonal Ground, DHL Expedited Max, DHL Parcel Plus Expedited, and DHL Parcel Zonal Expedited.

How Quickly Do You Ship Orders Once You Receive Them?

Orders are shipped within one business day of receipt. For expedited orders that are received by 1:00pm Eastern Time, they are guaranteed to ship the same day.

Where Do You Ship My Orders From?

Our facility is located in Traverse City, Michigan. Our Midwest location helps to cut down on transit times and higher zone shipments, and both our warehouse and client services teams operate out of the same facility. Additionally, eFulfillment Service owns and operates our warehouse.

Do You Offer International Shipping?

Yes, we ship all over the world from our facility and utilize FedEx and USPS for international shipments.

Is Tracking Included With My Shipments?

Yes, all U.S. shipments include tracking at no additional cost, and we can send tracking numbers to your customers automatically via emails that can be customized by our clients. We can also send tracking numbers back to most shopping carts automatically. For international shipments, tracking is not included with all ship methods.

Do You Include An Invoice With My Orders?

Each order includes a customizable packing slip that outlines the contents of the order. We do not pull any financial information into our system from your order transaction. Therefore, if you would like an official invoice included in any order, that will need to be emailed to us and there is an added cost of $0.50.

Can I Ship On A Third Party Account?

Yes, we do allow sellers to ship on a third party account. There is an added fee of $10 per order.
