DHL Parcel Zonal Expedited – 2019

For parcels weighing up to 16 ounces (1 pound), and measuring less than 27 inches in length by 17 inches wide and 17 inches high. DHL will not handle packages that exceed 84 inches in Length + Girth. (Girth is 2 x width + 2 x height.) And it will not handle parcels weighing more than 25 lbs.
Oversize fee—$1.50 per pound, for any packages that are more than 50 inches in Length + Girth.
DHL applies a fuel surcharge based on the average price of a gallon of diesel. As an example, for the month of November, 2019, DHL adds $0.05 per pound on domestic orders, and $0.14 per pound on international orders. If diesel fuel remains under $5.03 per gallon, the domestic surcharge will not exceed $0.08 per pound.
