Features and Service

• Service Type: Last-mile delivery carrier focused on lightweight e-commerce parcels.

• Service Level: Standard delivery service.

• Geographic Coverage: Domestic shipping within the United States and Canada.

  • Note: Does not support cross-border shipments (U.S. to Canada or vice versa) as a single move; these are handled as separate domestic deliveries.

  • Delivery times vary by destination, but most UniUni shipments are delivered within 2–6 business days after carrier pickup. Delivery timeframes are not guaranteed and may be impacted by volume surges, weather, or local conditions.

  • Delivery Area Limits:  Please note that at this time, UniUni is not able to deliver to all locations within the U.S.  If the shipment cannot ship via UniUni, we will redirect to the least expensive rate by rate shopping between U.S.P.S. Ground Advantage and FedEx Ground Economy. For a list of zip codes serviced by UniUni, click HERE.  Additional locations will be made avaiable periodically, and we will update the list accordingly.  If an order cannot ship via UniUni, our system will redirect and rate shop between USPS Ground Advantage, and FedEx Ground Economy to provide you with the least expensive rate.

• Tracking: Real-time tracking and proof-of-delivery status updates are included.

• Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT): Limited support. Requires pre-approval by UniUni and is restricted to intra-U.S. shipments with an advance request.

• Supported Parcel Types: Single-parcel shipments only (multi-parcel grouping is not supported).

• Signature & Extra Services: * Signature: Options vary and are region-dependent (e.g., supported in Canada via EasyPost).

  • Insurance: Base level carrier insurance is often included depending on account terms. Additional insurance is not clearly documented as a standard purchase option.

Restrictions and Dimensions

UniUni uses a unique “Total Perimeter” calculation for size limits rather than the standard length + girth formula.

• Maximum Length: 20 inches

• Maximum Width: 20 inches

• Maximum Height: 20 inches

• Maximum Total Dimensions (L+W+H): Must be less than 50 inches.

• Weight Limits: Targeted at lightweight small-parcel management. Packages exceeding carrier API limits will be rejected.

Fees and Surcharges

UniUni utilizes a simplified pricing model designed to eliminate common shipping overhead:

• Flat Rate Pricing: Core transit rates are straightforward and typically include basic services.

• No Dimensional (DIM) Weight: Unlike traditional carriers, there are no variable charges based on volumetric weight (beyond the hard size restrictions).

• No Hidden Surcharges: Generally carries:

  • No Additional Handling surcharges.

  • No variable residential or fuel surcharges outside of the negotiated flat rate.
