Yes. For items with expiration dates, we use first‑expiring, first‑out (FEFO) or first‑in, first‑out (FIFO) rotation to ensure your pet food and supplements move before they expire. Our control system also tracks lot numbers so you can manage recalls or quality issues more easily.

We handle most pet supplies but cannot fulfill unpackaged food, frozen items, or hazardous materials. We also avoid oversized products—items longer than 36 inches or heavier than 50 pounds—and high‑value items over about $250 wholesale.

Storage fees are calculated weekly by cubic foot with no long‑term storage penalties. There’s no minimum storage requirement; each SKU gets one cubic‑foot bin and overflow space is available as needle. This structure keeps costs fair and transparent.

We stock around 20 box sizes and multiple plastic envelopes to minimize dimensional weight. Most boxes cost under $1, and all are under $2.50; plastic mailers are free. We use recycled boxes and eco‑friendly filler, and eco mailers are also available. Our boxes are plain, without our branding, and you can supply custom packaging if arranged in advance.
